The use of information technologies that can enable the reconstruction and subsequent digital enjoyment of urban environments was also an extremely important training and discussion experience for the project developments.
The workshop in particular focused on the theme of constructing soundscapes in urban spaces through the perception of natural/artificial elements capable of configuring an appropriate soundscape. The construction of a soundscape can be taken as the basis for the regeneration and enhancement of an urban space through actions with a low socio-functional impact, activated also through co-design processes. In the INSITE experimentation phase, the possibility of replicating the methodology developed and verifying its feasibility in one of the sites under study is envisaged.
